Six Degrees of Separation—Ingle International’s Very Own Performs at the 2015 Pan Am Games Opening Ceremonies

Ingle International’s very own Juanita Suarez performed at the 2015 Pan Am Games opening ceremonies on Friday, July 10, with her Colombian folk dance team, Cabildo. The group of eight was of the 200 local folk dancers to be chosen to perform with Cirque Du Soleil.

The team was chosen in December by the 2015 Pan Am Games coordinators, and they embarked on a tight schedule of 16 hours/week rehearsals, including four full days of rehearsals the week leading up to the event.

The sold-out show took place at the Rogers Centre, home to the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team, in downtown Toronto. With a capacity of almost 50,000 people, the dancers felt the energy of the crowd as they performed before and after the athletes entered the arena.

After the event, the performers were treated to an after party with all the Cirque performers, and the event chirographers and producers. Ingle International is proud to of its international staff and congratulates Juanita and her team on a job well done!
